How is the GTS 350A Lift Table adjusted between its minimum height of 420 mm and maximum height of 1300 mm, and what is the mechanism behind this adjustment?
Adjusting the GTS 350A CUSTOMIZED SERIES Lift Table is a cinch, thanks to its hydraulic system. This built-in hydraulic pump makes it a breeze to fine-tune the table's height, allowing you to effortlessly switch between its minimum and maximum positions.
Here's how it works: To elevate the lift table, you operate the hydraulic foot pump. With each press, hydraulic fluid is directed into the lifting cylinder, and as a result, the platform steadily rises. Once you've reached your desired height, simply let go of the foot pump, and voilà – the table locks securely in place.
Now, when it's time to bring things back down, you'll want to work the release valve, which is usually found on the foot pump. By cracking open the release valve, it allows the hydraulic fluid to escape from the lifting cylinder, gently lowering the table. When you've got it right where you want it, you close that release valve, and your lift table is locked in at the perfect height.
What's really nifty about this hydraulic system is that it ensures pinpoint accuracy and rock-solid stability during height adjustments. This means you can confidently lift and position hefty loads within the height range of 420 mm to 1300 mm without breaking a sweat. So, whether you're in a busy warehouse or a bustling workshop, this lift table has got your back, making your work a whole lot smoother.
